Shipping for Maps

• USA Domestic Shipping: Options include Media Mail (7-21 days) or Priority Mail (2-5 days within the continental USA; shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and outlying areas may take longer).
• International Shipping: Shipped via Priority Global Mail only. Please email lori@loritoye.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.

Shipping for Posters & Portraits

• USA Domestic Shipping: Options include Media Mail (7-21 days) or Priority Mail (2-5 days within the continental USA; shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and outlying areas may take longer).
• International Shipping: Shipped directly from our printer only. Please email lori@loritoye.com for a shipping quote before placing your order, and/or tracking information after placing your order.

Shipping for Books

• Most books are shipped directly from our publisher and are available for both domestic and international delivery. Because the publisher selects the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee that a particular mail service will be used. However, we always pay the additional cost for tracking whenever it is available. Please note that tracking may not be available for orders delivered to certain PO boxes.
• Domestic book orders are typically processed and shipped within 10 to 14 business days. In the rare instance that we ship a book directly from I AM America Publishing, it is sent by Priority Mail with tracking and insurance.
• If you have questions about your shipment or need assistance with an international order, please email lori@loritoye.com.

We are happy to accept returns. Books and maps must be returned in resalable condition. Please properly package your return and mail it to:

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned order, we will issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
• Damaged Items: If your book or map arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it. Please email lori@loritoye.com with photos of the damaged product and a brief explanation. Your replacement order will be promptly processed.

 We respect your privacy. Any information collected when you order books or I AM America Maps from the I AM America Bookstore is kept strictly confidential.

• We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties.
• Your information will not be reused without your explicit permission.
• All information is handled with care and used only in ways you have consented to.
