Wenima is a remarkable and unique acreage, located in a hidden valley adjoining a protected wildlife area alongside the Little Colorado River, peppered with small groves of Arizona Black Walnut trees, wild roses and grape, and features two hiking trails. We have had the privilege to steward this extraordinary property for nearly twenty years and offer this exceptional retreat to interested parties.
The dynamic land moves from river views to high mesas with panoramic landscapes framed by the Arizona White Mountains. Herds of antelope and deer meander among its riparian and canyon lands dotted with juniper, cedar, and seasonal wildflowers and herbs. Throughout the years we have had the opportunity to share Wenima with Taoist practitioners, indigenous shamans, Hindu pandits, and revered saints. Each contributed a noteworthy layer of insightful wisdom and spiritual knowledge regarding the land—a living and breathing energetic eco-system.
The 300-plus acres are located within the municipality of Springerville, a small town that rests at 7,000 feet in elevation and is considered the gateway to the Arizona White Mountains. More importantly, Wenima lies in the sanction of the Gobean Star and is a significant power point within the Golden City. This is perhaps Wenima’s most important characteristic, and her auspicious landforms and spirit rocks aid and assist spiritual development and evolution.
Auspicious landforms include: Double-Headed Dragon Complex, Coyote Knolls (regulator), Sheela Na Gig, self-born Shiva Lingam, Ascension Pa’kua, Dragon Jumping the Gate, Tortoise Spirit Rock, Owl Spirit Rock, Hidden Valley Energy, Sky Altar (dragon-vein energy), and Wenima Heart Water Dragon. There are also numerous spirit rocks throughout Wenima Valley: observers, sentinels, and warriors.
The property may be split or developed into multiple homesites with pasture, garden and orchard areas, or kept as one large legacy estate to be enjoyed and cherished by future generations. The land is patented and has appurtenant water rights, a test well, American Land Title Association (ALTA) survey, an Environmental Assessment, and a Members of the Appraisals Institute (MAI) appraisal.
